Ticket Price*:          $49.00 and $99.00

*Prices include facility fee but do not include applicable service fees.

Accessible Seating: 

Available at the Taco Bell Arena Box Office, by calling 208-426-1766 or on-line at www.idahotickets.com.  While you are free to utilize any channel, it is recommended that you call the Box Office before making a final purchase decision to ensure that your individual needs will be met by the seats you are purchasing.

Purchasing Guidelines:

• No overnight camping allowed.  Lines may form at 6:00am
• Payment forms: Cash, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.  Checks will not be accepted.
• Major event sales will be handled as a “quick” sale for best available tickets and not by a “map” sale.
• All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges.

Important Ticketing Instructions for Internet Purchasing: 

To ensure a seamless purchase transaction, we strongly encourage ticket buyers to set-up and manage their accounts before tickets go on sale. Before the event goes on sale, go to the www.idahotickets.com homepage and select “My Account”.   The “My Account” tab will allow a ticket buyer to set up a new account or manage an existing account

If you have ever purchased tickets at www.idahotickets.com, you have an existing account.  If you don’t know the password or never set one, you’ll want it reset it by clicking on the “Forgot my Password or ID”, which is located under the “My Account” tab.

*** Step-by-Step Instructions for Purchasing Tickets: Read before Proceeding ***

Step 1:

Scroll down and under “Price Code” enter a ticket quantity – limit of 8.

Step 2:

If buying a parking pass, scroll down and check the Parking box and enter a quantity.  Note – although quantity will show “1,” unless the box is checked parking will not be added to your order.

Step 3:

Scroll to bottom of page and click “best available” or “select price range.” If “best available” is selected, the selling order is P1and then P2 seating.  Floor and then bowl seating will be sold. If “select price range” is selected, choose the desired price from the drop down “price level” menu.

Step 4:

Once a price is selected, click “view map” for information on seating. Under “Section,” click “Best Available” or select the desired seating section from the “section” drop down menu on the right side of the screen. During a busy on sale, we advise choosing “Best Available” and allowing the system to select seats. Selecting sections yourself is a longer process and could result in delays in getting seats reserved in your cart.

Step 5:

Select “Continue” and follow the remaining prompts.  Once you select your tickets, then your tickets will be added to your “cart”, and a transaction timer will start.  If too much time lapses between screens/transactions, your cart will expire and your tickets will be released.  Being prepared beforehand is the key to success.  Have your credit card information and the mailing address for that card on hand before you start the process.

Step 6:

Review your ticket summary.  If acceptable, click “continue” and you will be advanced to the account information page. Log into your pre-established account and password and follow the remaining prompts to select a method of delivery and process payment.  All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges.

Important Notice about Third-Party Ticket Sellers:  Tickets to all Taco Bell Arena events are sold exclusively through the Taco Bell Arena Box Office, online through www.idahotickets.com and at Select-a-Seat locations.  To ensure authenticity, purchase your tickets only from these sources.  When you buy tickets from a third-party seller or broker, please be aware of the following:

•             We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-parties

•             Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

•             We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and, therefore, cannot guarantee admittance

•             You are likely paying much more than the ticket’s face value

•             We cannot contact you regarding time changes, cancellations or other information
